I am a passionate and dedicated pastry chef with a strong foundation in baking and pastry arts. I hold a diploma from the National Hotel and Tourism Training Institute (NHTTI) in Bangladesh, where I completed a professional baking course (Batch 07 PBC, 2023). My expertise spans a wide variety of desserts, pastries, breads, and cookies, reflecting my commitment to creating delightful and high-quality baked goods.
My journey in the culinary world began with internships at Biman Bangladesh Flight Catering Center and Food Nest Chain Restaurant, where I assisted in preparing a variety of desserts and pastries for in-flight meals and restaurant service. Working alongside experienced chefs, I gained invaluable experience in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, as well as high-volume production and strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
My extensive experience as banquet staff in prestigious hotels in Malaysia, including the Palace of the Golden Horses, Shangri-La, and The Westin, fueled my desire to become a chef and contribute creatively to the culinary world. These roles allowed me to provide exceptional service during events, work closely with kitchen teams, and gain insights into culinary operations and food preparation.
Before pursuing a career in the culinary arts, I explored dance as an art form during my childhood. After my pregnancy, I transitioned to the bakery and pastry department, where I found my true passion and chose it as my career path. I am grateful for the unwavering support of my husband, whose encouragement and belief in my abilities have been instrumental in my journey.
I completed my intermediate studies at Bangladesh Open University, further strengthening my educational background. My skills include dessert and pastry creation, bread and cookie baking, high-volume production, food safety and hygiene, creative presentation, and event and banquet service.
